Fallout by Sinnyo Studio is a graphic novel concept by Murray Thomson. Set in an industrialised and polluted future, a band of young adults must go about their daily lives while constantly under toxic threat. The world is smothered in carbon dioxide and the day-to-day commute is kept alive by use of gas masks and acid-proof umbrellas. Carlos Salvador is one man whose life has been devastated by the environmental damage, having been forced into redundancy when the shop he worked at closed due to a lack of acid rain-proofing - a similar story across many firms and even some of the largest corporations at the time. When he and a group of similarly beaten-upon young adults head out on a typical booze-up, they chance across a woman sat naked in the middle of the street, directly below a leaking gutter. The reasons as to how and why she's arrived in their city in such a condition and with no apparent vulnerability to the otherwise lethal toxification form the basis of Fallout's mystery.
